This product is mandatory when on my serum and cream if not currently under the care of a professional esthetician providing professional exfoliation like microdermabrasion. All dead skin cells turned over with serum must be removed to avoid dryness. All skin types are different and need different amounts. If using a few drops of serum morning and night then exfoliate with polish once per week. If using a dropper full of serum morning snd night exfoliate twice per week. Enjoy!
